我是帶著兒子辦的EB-1, 律師讓我付了810刀的immigrant application fee. USCIS網站上的相關費用似乎有好幾種，我也搞不清楚到底應該是哪個。還請8老師指點。
-I don't know what kind of fee is $810 in your case. Your I-485 filing fee is $1070 and your child I-485 is $635 if both of you file I-485 together. If you have not filed I-140 yet, you need to file I-140 together with the I-485, then pay the I-140 fee of $580 also. That is all of the fee to USCIS for green card application in your case.
