我大姐，還有我二姐的女兒（10歲)今年夏天要來美國玩。她們應該一起去簽證，還是各自簽（因為小朋友不用麵簽）.

-The child needs to 麵簽 if either the parent does not meet the requirement of 不用麵簽.
