I-130 for brother, no birth certificates

Dear all,

please help me. I am trying to sponsor my brother in China to immigrate to US in 10 years. The I-130 instruction says that it needs both my birth certificate and my brother's birth certificate to show the brotherhood. However, we all were born in 70s and there was no birth certificates stuff. What will be the acceptable way to show brotherhood in this case?  Many people in this forum might face same problem. Would you please share your experience please?

thanks,
