因為準備辦H1B 和 H4（11月17日到期）延期，剛發現我家小孩的中國護照到期日是2013年5月20日，而且I-94上的到期日也是2013年5月20日，小孩必須回中國更新護照，然後重新申請H4簽證嗎 ？ 麻煩大家看看有沒有比較方便的解決方法，不想小孩中斷學業，謝謝大家先.

-File I-539 to extend the H4 before May 20. As long as USCIS receive your child H-4 extension application before May 20, he/she will be fine to stay in US continually. The passport expiration during the H4 pending does not affect the H4 extension approval and the child legal stay.
