孩子要去外州上大學了， 目前持有h4，暑期想考駕照。

但是，顧慮是：是等他轉為f1考，還是現在h4考好？如果h4明年過期，他是不是還要重新換/考駕照？
-I don't how long the license duration because different state has different policy. Just renew it before it expires.
兩種駕照時間限製和要求手續都不同。
-If he needs the driver license right away, he may get it now. Otherwise, may get it later.
