回複：請問8老師關於TN申請綠卡的幾個問題

尊敬的8老師和其他的老師，

本人TD，老公TN。因公司不sponser 綠卡，想換工作。不sponser 的意思是，自己找律師辦也不行嗎？
-Correct.
 

1.sponser H1 和sponser 綠卡時一回事嗎？-Not at all.
 

2.什麽情況下，公司不給辦，可以自己找律師辦。公司要做哪些程序。現在找工作，如果自己辦，需要跟雇主提哪些條件？
-You have the employer whether they will sponsor the green card. If yes, then they may find a lawyer or you can find a lawyer to do that papwerwork. lawyer can do nothing, but the paperwork only.
 

3.先辦140，是需要半年的時間，然後等485的排期嗎？

-Yes.

聽說遞交485後180天可換工作，大概多長時間？


打工卡到什麽時候可申請？
-When or after filing I-485.
 

4. 申請H1 時不能出境嗎？ 等多久可出境？
-After the H-1 approval, you can leave US and reenter US using the H-1 approval notice.
