在畢業前找到工作，申請了七個月的pre-OPT, 將於5月24日到期，在這之前以答辯，將於5月16畢業。在3月中旬遞交了後5個月的post-OPT的申請，並收到了reciept. 但在USCIS網站上查詢，沒有任何記錄。打電話詢問，說收到receipt 45天後才能查詢。

公司以根據我的reciept, 給我申請了H1B，這種情況應該給公司律師說嗎？
-The lawyer may have know it because you provided the receipt to him/her for H-1 filing.
