回複：急問OPT問題

在畢業前找到工作，申請了七個月的pre-OPT, 將於5月24日到期，在這之前以答辯，將於5月16畢業。在3月中旬遞交了後5個月的post-OPT的申請，並收到了reciept. 但在USCIS網站上查詢，沒有任何記錄。打電話詢問，說收到receipt 45天後才能查詢。
-It is still too  early for your case. You had better visit the USCIS local office some time later (about two months later)..
 

 

想問一下大家有沒有類似的情況，如果沒有消息，我還能繼續工作嗎？
-You can work until your current OPT EAD expires (on May 24), then stop working (if the case still pending) and have to wait for the new OPT EAD approval top work again.

公司以根據我的reciept, 給我申請了H1B，這種情況應該給公司律師說嗎？
-The lawyer may have know it because you provided the receipt to him/her for H-1 filing.
