我準備給姐姐申請綠卡，現在我自己是四月三十號公民麵試。請問：如果新法案通過了，不允許兄弟姐妹移民類別，是不是在新法案通過前遞上去的申請都可以被豁免？ 如果新法案通過，一般會從什麽時候開始算cut off date呢？

-There is not new law yet, so jus do what you want base on the current immigration law. I am sure if the new law is passed, it will not affect the pending case.

 

現在兄弟姐妹移民一般都要排十幾年，如果新法案通過取消了兄弟姐妹移民類別，即使不允許遞新的申請，有可能移民局還可以繼續發放十幾年兄弟姐妹移民嗎？
