回複：請問大師，換工作新舊兩TN之間合法工作的問題

考古了老貼，舊TN的I94不Expired就可以繼續在舊公司工作。可是在邊境申請新TN的時候Visa officer要收走我的舊94啊，拿到新TN和新I94就沒有舊I94了。我必須拿到新TN才敢通知現在的公司兩周以後辭職，因為沒完全把握能拿到新TN。拿到新 TN後的兩周怎麽繼續在現在公司工作呢?

-Let your new employer to indicate in the offer letter that your work start date will be the date after two weeks later, then ask the IO to set the new I-94 exffective date on your work start date. Thus, they may not take your old I-94 away.
