我給父母每人各填一個i864。我父母各是他們的i864中Part 2的principal immigrant。

表中part 3 的 8項選yes，9項 following family numbers immigrant 沒有，空著不填

 

我老公填兩份i864A，也是分別給我父母

 

可是，我們有共同名下的房產，用來出租，當然也一起報稅

 

1。 出租房的租金錢應該算是誰的income，算是我的，還是和我老公平分？
-Just put it in the entire family income because your spouse has agree to file I-864A.

 

2。i864中的 26 b real eastate，該怎麽算，房產的總價值我和我老公兩個平分？
-If your regular income is enough, do not need to report it in the I-864. Otherwise, put it into the entire family income.

 

3。i864A 中的part2 13， the following ______(indicate number) named intending immigrant，這個number該填什麽，是“a”麽
--It is "One".

下方的表格是不是也隻填a （我父或母）一個人就可？
