綠卡持回美證回國工作超過6個月，入籍的連續居住時間要重新計算嗎？


這段時間兒子在美國上學，太太也在美國居住，請問能否滿足移民局連續居住的要求？


-It is possible to be fine, but you need justify that you still have the intent to live in US permanently when USCIS interview you or ask your justification.
