我今天下午打了電話要求interfiling. 移民局告訴我一定要employer或者律師打電話才可以，因為我剛批的140是Eb1-b申請， petitioner是employer。換了幾個officer都是同樣的結果。
我是DIY的，沒有律師。HR的人估計也搞不懂，而且向來不願意多做事情，指望他們打電話不太現實。

-The I-485 is not related to the employer or lawyer and you need to write to USCIS for the interfiling. Calling USCIS does not work and the officer who answered your phone may know nothing about it. So, just do what I suggested above.
