我出生證公證上麵,有我父親的名字,這還不夠證明嗎?如果要證明,拿什麽證明文件給移民局?
-Have you read the I-130 Instructions Item 4 and 7 on Page 3? Because you were born before your parents got married (in 2001), you need to provide the evidences as I-130 Instructions asks in addition to your birth certificate. USCIS may ask you for these evidences later, so you had better prepare it. These kind of evidences include whether you and your father lived together before you turned 21 such as 戶口本 which included both you and your father, or the local goverment give you a 證明文件 to prove it and then, go to the Notary Department to notarize this 證明文件 as you did for the birth certificate. Also provide some evidences that your father supported you such as paid you tuition from elementary school until college (you may ask your teacher, professor or your father closed friend to give a letter to prove it, etc.). You may also prepare some pictures which showed you and your father since you were a child, etc.
