您好。老公剛要申請H1B，就被公司告知可能要在4月中旬去中國出差。

公司律師說這種情況可以申請Loose Petition,請問什麽是Loose Petition？

另外我們是加拿大公民，他說等10月份我老公可以去就近的關口入關，激活簽證就可以，是麽？

我不明白為什麽從申請到10月可以使用H1B期間都不能離開美國呢？

本來我還想6月份回一趟中國的，機票都定了，這下還要改票和重新簽中國簽證。
