我現在是L-1身份，老婆孩子是L-2身份，我的L-1明年4月會轉為H-1B（準備在美國境內激活H-1B），我2012年已經申請到了H-1B名額。我想自己DIY給老婆孩子從L-1轉為H-4身份，請問我應該在什麽時候提交I-539呢？
-There is not "在美國境內激活H-1B", but file change of your status from L-1 to H-1b. When your employer files the I-129 to change your L-1 to H-1, your wife and child also need to file I-539 (one I-539 for both of them) together with the I-129 filing.
是在我激活H-1B後還是在激活H-1B前？
