快點開始工作，不知道新公司多久可以辦下來H1B簽證，我可以去新公司合法工作？我說讓先給我辦 TN,同時申請H1B，可是新公司讓我自己去邊境辦 TN,。。我想知道的是，我是等H1B下來去新公司工作呢，還是自己先辦個TN去工作？
是不是H1B要等到10月份才生效啊，這個7個月期間，我必須用TN，還是說H1B一批下來，我就可以去新公司工作？我在加拿大讀完的研究生。以前有個申請過H1B，沒用就失效了（現在過了三年了已經）。
