我的４８５PENDING超過１８０天了. 如果我用EAD換工作在同一行業, 但現雇主取消我的１４０, 一旦４８５被拒，我是不是身份就無效了？

-Correct. But the I-485 denial (if any) or your status is irrelavent to the I-140 withdrawal.
