I-485 part I 問道：

"Date of last arrival",

-The date of the latest time when you entered US from another country e.g.China, etc.

"I-94 #",

-Your current valid I-94#.

 "Current USCIS visa",

-It is your "Current USCIS Status", not "Visa", such as H-1, etc.

"Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)"

-It is your current I-94 (status) expiration date.

這裏的"Expires on" 指的是下麵哪一項：是簽證的過期日期( 從簽證日起一年有效）？還是 I-94上，

入關時給的 從如關起 6 個月的到期日期哪？

-Yes.
