我的孩子，就要出生在加拿大了。我們夫妻二人，都是綠卡。我聽說，嬰兒兩歲以內，首次隨綠卡母親，進入美國，可以豁免簽證。嬰兒可以自動，獲得綠卡。

 

不知道，從加拿大入境美國的入關手續，是如何辦理的？孩子的入境綠卡，應該如何辦理？需要準備哪些文件，才能獲準這樣的入境綠卡？

 

我們打算，今年五月，就去美國。準備材料，還需要等待-----審批的時間。所以，特急。求助。

特急問詢-----------如何辦理，剛剛出生嬰兒的入境綠卡？其母親，持有綠卡多年。

-I don't know whether your child will be a Canadian citizen. If yes, just bring his/her Canadian passport, his/her birth certificate, your green card, two your child's photos, and show all of these documents to the CBP officer at the port of entry, then they will issue the US permanent resident (green card) status to your child there.

If your child is not a Canadian citizen and you and your child will fly to US, just bring the same documents above,  but your child needs to get the transportation letter from the US Embassy/Consulate in Canada to board the airplane. But if you plan to drive to US, not need this transportation letter.
