My 485 is submitted on July 2007, and will be current on April 1. I was laid off on last year, and I am afraid that I may get EVL. My current job is exactly same as before, but next month, I have another offer which requires me to start around May (my current company is not stable as they have done twice laid off after I joined0. So, I don't want to ask my current manager to write the EVL as I may give him terminate notice in the middle of April. One question is: for EVL, as HR will provide employment letter which state the employment status and salary but no job duty, is it enough that I provide pay stub, w2 from 2012, offer letter from my current company, the job poster I saved before, and a letter from myself about job duty? Or I must ask my current manager to write letter? I don't want to mention about my new job as it will be more complicated. Thanks so much for your help.
