再請教 8老師 關於離美過程

先謝過8老師. 明白 illegal stay. 

聽說在這種情況下, 已不是自願離開, 而會被 order to deport , 能否請您幫助核實解釋一下 ?

請問, "leave US " 是指什麽時候我可以自動離開美國 ? 還是會先收到什麽信 ? 想知道一下到底是個什麽過程, 好有個準備.

- If you receive RFE for your employment status and you have no jopb, probably your I-485 will be denied. Then, you need to leave US if I-485 is denied, unless you have a legal status such as H-1, etc.  /  When your I-485 is denied in this case, your need to leave US, otherwise, you will be in illegal stay. If your illegal stay is > 180 days or one year, you will be sujected to 3-year or 10-year bar after you leave US.
