我給母親辦綠卡，請問I693是在任何醫生的地方都可以查嗎？

比方我自己的family physician? 還是必須去看某一類醫生？

另外，如果醫生給的表格是密封寄給移民局的，那我手上的I693怎麽填呢？

還是把這個表給醫生讓醫生給我填？
