G- 325 問題:

1) 申請人 (　本人的父母) 的父母, 他們都記不得生日了, 填什麽?

-They needs to provide the birth certitficate for the I-485 filing. If they do not know the birth date, how can they provide the birth certificate? So, get the birth certificate first, then apply for the green card later

老師, 您的回複我糊塗了, 此 G-325 是給父母申請綠卡的, 申請人是他們, 為什麽還問祖父母的生日?

-I misunaderstand it and thought your parents birth date. They do not need to put their parents birht date there and just said " Deceased" in the address part.

記不得了, 怎麽填呢?

 

另外: 父母的 出生紙, 是否可用他們分別的出生公證, 和與我的子女關係公證書 證明?

-Fine. But you need to provide your birth certificate for I-130 filing also (required).
