他前陣子短期到美國renew了EAD，接著拿舊的EAD回了中國

現在renew的EAD生效了，他想托美國的朋友把新的EAD寄回國

這樣他打算下次用新的EAD回美國

不知道這種拿舊EAD到中國，然後用新EAD回美國會不會有什麽問題

-Do you mean AP or EAD, right? EAD can not be used to travel. Because he leave US before the AP is approved, technically he can not use this new approved AP to come back to US. If his old AP expires, he will be trouble to come back to US inless his I-485 is approved or getting H-1, H-4 or L visa to come back.
