1) 申請人 (　本人的父母) 的父母, 他們都記不得生日了, 填什麽?

-They needs to provide the birth certitficate for the I-485 filing. If they do not know the birth date, how can they provide the birth certificate? So, get the birth certificate first, then apply for the green card later.

2) 沒有前妻/前夫,那一行全空著?

-Yes.
