回複：Using TN visa or need to change other visa in this 3 months?

My friend got a TN visa to work in a company. However for some reason he cannot start the work until 3 months later and the company agree with that. He wants to make sure he can stay in US using this TN visa in this 3 months.

-Techincally, no, practically it may be fine because USCIS may not realize it.
