加拿大公民，拿TN在美國工作了7年多，2011年公司開始給辦綠卡，EB2。PD是2011年的5月。上周公司讓我申請H1B。現在的TN還有兩年過期。我的問題是：
1，H1B一定可以申請到嗎？
如果沒有，對現在的TN還有什麽影響？
-Not affect TN.
我可不可以還用目前的TN接著工作？
-Yes.
2，對以後TN的續簽有什麽影響？
-If you have filed I-485, you can not renew TN. Use H1 or EAD to work in this case.
我知道H1可以有移民傾向，但TN不行。如果這次H1B沒申請到，是不是說我就不能再申請TN了？
3，我現在的TN還有兩年有效，而H1B又隻有6年期，是不是等到明年再申請H1B會好些？這樣時間可以拖長些？
-Up to you. But I would apply for the H1 now if possible because you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit before youi get the green card if you have an approved I-140.
4，在等H1B的過程中（4月到10月），我可以不可以用TN進出美國？
-Yes if you have not filed I-485 yet.
