我給父母辦綠卡，在填i485表的時候有一個重要問題需請教。 i485問 birth city and country. In my my parents' 出生公證，出身地是：中國安徽省合肥市（Hefei, Anhui province, China). However, in their passport, birth place is only listed as : Anhui, China. City is not mentioned on their passport.
-That is fine and all the Chinese passport have the same.
I suppose that I should put down city and country as asked by i485.
-Yes, that is all you need to do.
However, passport are their only photo ID是, should I fill i485 according to their passport?
Should I put "Anhui, China" on the i-485 or "Hefei, China" as their birth place?
