我們剛收到綠卡, 但綠卡說resident since 2008, 這是我的PD日.離2008已經五年多了.

-That is a mistake. Check your card expiraton date to see whether it is 10 years from now, if no, you need to file I-90 to get the replacement (no filing fee in this case).

我老婆能遞交公民申請了嗎?

-Not now.
