我幾年前ex在485期間強迫離婚， 我當時是他的spouse,後來經過很艱難的過程找到工作， 我現在用工作簽證，現在他給我轉發了一封usics 給他的email,好像我的綠卡批了，但好像這綠卡我不能用，
-Normally no one including USCIS check how your got the green card and it is OK for you to use it. But if you apply for US citizen or want to sponsor your spouse/kid's green card, then USCIS will check it carefully and thus, you may have trouble.
Of course, if you want to apply for a new green card by yourself, you must report this green card background to USCIS and them to cancel this green card.
