what shall I do after the appeal petition is approved?

請問各位大俠:

原先被否決的 I-140 和 I-485 會自動 re-open 嗎？還是要 file I-290B 要求案子重新打開 (如果是這樣，一個 I-290B 開 I-140, 另一個 I-290B 開 I-485 嗎?)?

現在被否決的 I-140 和 appeal 已從 AAO 退回 Nebraska Center. Online status says: "If your case was remanded or your appeal was sustained, we will notify you of our action within 60 days of the date of the AAO decision." What does it mean? 這個 I-140 還會再被否決嗎，或者要求補材料？
