公證原件已上交，辦又花時間，排期已接近。

我可否把中文結婚原件上交，再加一份自己的翻譯?

-Yes, but you had better ask your friend to do that for you and he/she needs to write provide the statement that he/she knows both Chinese and Englsih very well and the translation is accurate and then, go to the Notary Public to notarize his/her signature. You also provide the photocopy of your marriage 公證原件 toegther with 中文結婚原件.
