My brother has been to America twice in the past two years.
1) If I have applied I-130 for him now, will he be able to visit State while he is waiting for his green card?
-As long as he can convince the VO that he will return to CHina after short visit, it will be fine.
2) How long does I-130 takes to be processed?
-Case by case, normally 4 to 5 years for I-130 approval. But it will take about 10 to 11 years to get the immigration visa.
During this time period, will he be able to visit State? The reason I ask is because that his daughter will be studying Master degree this fall in America. He and my sister-in- law would like to company her to get her setup then leave.
3) anything else we need to be cautioned before I get I-130 going?
