need help to fill out I-140

form and ETA-750 form, Part B!!!!

I want to submit my application for NIW nisa this month. I have several queations about I-140 and ETA-759 part B. Who can help me? Thanks a million.


1, for I-140--- Part 4. Processing Information.

2), If you provided a U.S. address in Part 3, print the person's foreign address:

I am in the USA now. What is my foreign address? In China or in Canada (my wife lives in Canada and she is going to move to my city next year)?

3), If the person's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write the person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet:

That means that I have to write my name and address in China in Chinese?

2, for ETA-750 form, Part B:

10), "X" the appropriate box below and furnish the information required for the box marked

b. Alien is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident in the office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service at

City State

I am in Gainesville, FL. I do not know which city for adjustment of status. How can I find the right city for my case?
