請問8老師的答複是基於:

1- Sponsor公司向 DHS/USCIS 撤了H1B.

2- Sponsor公司僅通知了 DHS/USCIS 公司的layoff, 但沒有 撤H1B.

3- Sponsor公司不通知 DHS/USCIS, 也不撤H1B.

4- 還是上述 1 & 2 & 3 的影響沒有區別.

-The principle is that you need to provide the recent 3 month paycheck stubs for the H1 transfer and if you were laid off about two months ago, and then you find a new job, your H-1 transfer probably will have no I-94 even if your old employer do not withdraw the H1 because your paycheck stubs have gap.

 

另外, 上次延 H1B時給的 H1B approval notice's I-94 結束日期會不會對下次的 H1B transfer 有影響 ?

(今年是H1B的第7年, 公司答應不撤 140, 重未出境申請過H1B 的 Visa stamp)
