請問各位老師，本人EB２,１４０已辦完，等待４８５排期.公司relocation我到另一工作地點，並升職，但工作內容不變,現在公司HR通知我必須重辦PERM和１４０,不知對否,望指教，謝！

-If your employer agree you to come back to work in the original location and for the originalposition after you get the green card (give you such letter if you get the RFE), you do not need to do it again. Otherwise, your company need to do it all over again as they plan.
