親愛的皮老師8老師：

我的朋友現在國內，申請H1B回美被Check滯留在國內。但他回國前AP 已批，隻是要到三月初AP 才生效。

-Normally AP is effective when it is approved. Why is this AP effective in March? The principle is that the AP only can be used after it is effective. He can use the unexpired old AP to come back if he has one.

請問：他可以用AP回美嗎？入關時可能會遇到什麽樣的問題？

-Use of AP is irrelevant to the H1 visa application checking.
