女方在美國h1b工作，lg是綠卡，申請了婚姻綠卡。130批了，485也遞上去了，pending,指模剛剛打過，現在lg馬上入籍了。請問這種情況，女方需要upgrade case嗎？

-Up to you, but upgrade will make the I-485 approved faster unless the prioity date is current now (not need to upgrade in this case).

具體應該怎麽操作呢？

-His spouse needs to write a letter to USCIS to request the upgrade after he gets the US citizenship (provide the copies of I-130 approval notice, I-485 rceipt, marriage certification, US citizenship certificate)
