However, I am not quite clear even after having read the text on your blog a few times. Would you mind a little more clarification please: what did you mean by "as long as she does not have to leave"? By her B-2 status, she has to leave when her I-94 expires, or doesn't she in this case as the text suggested? Did you mean to let her stay out of her B-2 status, or stay beyond what I-94 says without filing an extension?
