Sorry I cannot type Chinese on this computer.
I did a quick search, but did not find a clear answer.
I am working at University A. My H1B (the 2nd 3-year) with A will end on (let's say) 07/31/2014 (the end of my total 6-year H1B). I did NIW and have AP and EAD since Feb 2012. I used AP to go back China and re-enter US Oct 2012, but did not use EAD so far.
I will move to a new position in University B in a few months, let’s say
starting from 06/01/2013. B will file a new H1B for me. In this case, will
the starting date and ending date of this new H1B be 06/01/2013 and 07/31/
2014 respectively? Or it could be a full 3-year from 06/01/2013 to 05/31/
2016 (considering that my NIW 140 has been approved and 485 pending, and H1B
can be extended beyond 6 years)?
Also, as soon as B gets the new H1B receipt notice, my H1B with A will
automatically end by 05/31/2013, correct?
