1。出境時需同時交出原來入境時的I-94和新批準的I-797上的I-94嗎？

 

2。入境時，辦新I-94需要什麽證明文件？

I-797A上寫 “The petitioner should keep the upper portion of this notice." 所以，入境時，是否出示I-797A的複印件及下半聯左側的原件就夠了？

3.如用EAD/AP卡入境，將來如何回到H1B身份？
