移民局除了要EVL外，還要我的稅表，但是我已經被解雇了3年，還沒有找到工作所以稅表也沒有怎麽報過稅，現在該怎麽辦？

-You made a mistake. You should have filed the tax return every year even if you did not have income because your status was H1 before or have lived in US > five years. You may just explain it to USCIS why you did not file tax return and I don't know whether it works or not.
