I have been seeking for help here related to my current siutation for a couple of times.
Briefly speaking I am waiting for I-140 to be processed which I expect to be around May. But my current H1B is going to reach its six years limit on August 31, 2013.
The question is how quick I can get swithed to another company under H1B visa?
-Has your I-140 approved yet? If yes, you just use this approved I-140 to do H1 transfer and extend your H1 for another 3 year beyond the 6 year limit. You just use premium processing to get the h1 tranfer approved in 15 days if you worry about your current employer will withdraw this approved I-140.
If your I-140 is not approved, you may use premium processing to get the I-140 approved in 15 days, then do the H1 transfer.
