8老師，

我小孩當前的身份是H4,有效期至2014年9月。如果他現在離開美國用AP返回,他的身份變成Parolee.我的問題是,他的H4是不是自動立即失效?

-Yes, but it is not big deal because he has the pending I-485 which allow him to stay in US. If he want to be H4 again, just go to China to get the H4 visa to come back (but it is not necessary unless his I-485 is denied).

可不可以在Parolee status時, 同時H4有效?-No.
