急問8老師、皮老師及各位大俠，我現在想申請加急的EAD和AP,程序是否和通常的一樣，是否還需要一些其他的什麽手續，或者是否需要一些加急費什麽的，我現在非常著急，因為家裏有一點急事，麻煩8老師、皮老師告知一下，非常感謝。

You just go to the USCIS local office to apply for it by bring your passport, completed I-131 with support documents and the evidence of emergency such Dr. letter for patient, etc. (translate the emergency evidence into English if it is in Chinese). If you have pending I-131 AP application, just bring the I-131 rceipt, not need to provide the I-131 again. No fee if your AP is based on pending I-485.
