Parent I-130/485 # of photos and G-325A required?

I am filling concurrent 130/485 for my father GC. There are some conflicting posts out there regarding the number of photos and whether or not G-325A is required.

According to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130instr.pdf and http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf

one photo for myself (I-130) and three photos for my dad (1 for I-130 and 2 for 485).

G325-A is NOT required for I-130 (required only for spouse case).

Can anyone confirm this? Many thanks
