回複：急問各位老師，LD剛remew了EAD/AP Combo卡，收到的新卡有大問題！！！

我家LD剛remew了EAD/AP Combo卡，一月份收到了新卡，當時沒注意。今天發現新的EAD卡上標注著“NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO U.S.”,以前的舊卡上寫著的可是“SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE”。請問這是怎麽回事呢？

-It seems this is the EAD card only, not EAD/AP Combo card.

1）我們按照網上的list準備的renew材料，是不是什麽地方我們給填錯了呢？

-Did you mail all the EAD and AP applicaiton together to the address of I-765 filing (EAD application address)? If no, USCIS will not issue a combo card to you. You ahd better contact USCIS to see what happened (may visit local office).

2）從USCIS網站上查詢，I765狀態是“Card/Document Production”，但I131狀態是“

Decision”。

I131的具體內容如下：“On December 31, 2012, your I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS

TRAVEL DOCUMENT was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail.

Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case,

including when the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the

approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-

5283 for further assistance.

”

請問是不是移民局給搞錯了呢？請大家告知一下正常的狀態是怎樣的呢？

3）我們現在應該怎樣做，才能最快拿到更正後的卡呢？LD可能近期回國要用的，謝謝

-Print out the AP approval online information and bring it and the I-131 filing receipt and then go to the uscis local office to see whether you can get the emergency AP.
