1.我的I-131表的“3. Class of Admission” 是否應該填 “Parolle”, 而不是 “Temporary worker”即使我現在還是憑H1在工作？

2.我妻子最後一次入境是用H4 visa,所以 I-131的“3項”應該填“H4 Status", 而她的 I-765的“15項”填“Adjustment of Status". 這樣這兩個地方不一致受否有問題？

3.當時我隻申請了AP, 沒有申請EAD, 現在也隻是renew AP 而不申請EAD.所以在我沒有I-485 RECEIPT NOTICE的情況下，是否可以提供copy of current AP and AP approval notice？另外， 我如何找到 I-485 pending proof online？
