請問這種情況適合給父母申請哪種移民簽證啊？我們現在完全沒有idea.

-Have you filed I-130 yet? If no yet, just file I-130 and put indicate your parents will apply for the immigtration visa in Part C. 22 of I-130 and write Guangzhou, China there. Then, after the I-130 approval, USCIS will forward the case to National Visa Center (NVC). Then, NVC will contact you and give you instructions and you just follow the NVC instructions to provide what they ask.

If you have filed I-130 and write nothing in Part C 22. of I-130, then just wait for the I-130 approval and see whether USCIS forward your case to NVC, and if yes, then everything will be as above. If USCIS does not forward your case to NVC, then you need to file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward your I-130 to NVC, then everything is as above.
