請問老師： 聽朋友說，第一次打完指紋後，一年之內，如果沒有拿到綠卡，還得重新打指紋，每年如此。是這樣嗎？

-In the some cases, USCIS may ask the applicants to do the fingerprinting again (even though, not every year), but most cases do not need to do it again.

 覺得很不可思議啊！
